I’ve order with Journeys twice now. The first time was an online purchase with same day in store pick up- it was as smooth as ordering a coffee in an app. The shoes were available and ready for pick within hours of placing my order. I got to try them on before leaving the store. I believe a staff member scans your order code and you are good to go with or without your new shoes on foot. I really enjoyed that experience. I will say product selection for in store pick up is limited but if you know what you and they have it such a time saver. My most recent order was online for hold at pick up location. I ordered online again and they shipped to a Walgreens nearby- I liked that there were locations nearby as options for holding order until I had the time to get them. It was super easy just had to show ID and tracking number and left the store with my new shoes in hand. Unfortunately, I received defective shoes just a couple mishaps on the craftsmanship of the shoe. I called customer support on a Sunday and actually got to speak with a person I wish I could remember his name because he was great help! I sent over pictures to a phone number provided to me and right away was emailed a return label. I still want the shoe so asked if I can exchange in store and he gave me all the info on how a replacement pair would get to me depending on the return process I chose to do. I would very much recommend Journeys to anyone who knows the shoe they want and their size in that brand- it’s truly hassle free for ordering shoes online, there are multiple payment methods like pay later, I had a birthday discount, pick up options and helpful customer support.
