This was my second return of the same order. The first time I received my order, I received the correct shoe but in a size 8, when I ordered a size 5. So I went through the inconvenient process in doing a return, which was ridiculous in the first place. There is no part of the return that I could print a label and have it picked up at my house, I was told I had to take it to FedEx or a journeys store. If I wanted to go out and inconvenience myself, I would have went out to buy the shoes at a store Instead of online. So I had to wait till the shoes were taken to a FedEx store to start the process of getting my correct shoes, even though it was journeys employee’s fault that I didn’t have the correct shoes to begin with. When my replacement arrived, you can arrive in my shock when I saw I had gotten the correct size, but they were now the wrong color! The person that helped me on the online chat that time was unaccommodating, seemed like they didn’t care that I had been really inconvenienced twice now. I have just been really disappointed in this whole order. So after my first order, my second order, neither of which being my fault, I still do not have my correct shoes yet. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a store online. Completely inconvenient, I was expecting to have my correct shoes to wear them for summer weeks ago and I am just frankly disappointed and disgustedin this whole process. I think journeys needs to take a look into what goes on in the warehouse that I was able to get my first order sent to me wrong and then the replacement also wrong.
