I had to order a size up initially as my size was not available and was hoping I would just be able to make them work. However, they were way too big, so I had to return them. I went in store to return them since that seemed to be easier than trying to return them online. To my surprise, my size had become available online, so the clerk was able to do an exchange for me. She was super friendly and helpful! The only thing I had an issue with was that I had used a coupon on the initial purchase and she wasn't able to do an even exchange, so I ended up having to pay the difference. She said the system wouldn't let her do it. Obviously, I don't know if it really is an issue with the system or if she just didn't know how. She did seem to try multiple things in the system to get it to do an even exchange. At that point I decided to just pay the $15 coupon difference since her customer service was so good and at least she tried to make it work for me. I've worked customer service before with a system that wouldn't let you do certain things and/or you had to do them a very precise way to get it to do certain things, so I gave her the benefit of doubt. I could not have asked for a nicer young lady to help.
