It was a very difficult process. I wasn’t able to use my PayPal account to make a purchase. It would not accept it because they said it could not authorize my bank details and this is the only website that I have had an issue with PayPal. So I had to sign up with Klarna to complete my purchase. I was not able to select a different shipping option or store pick up which I thought was very strange. I didn’t even offer me a store pick up within a certain mile radius. If I was willing to drive to the location, I know there are three journeys close to me and I don’t know if that’s because it’s based on the item I selected and was not available for in-store pick up so I’m very confused. It just kept saying that there were no stores within the radius using my ZIP Code, it was just a bad and difficult process and I had to sign in more than once to my account with journeys to process my order and utilize my $10 coupon which I did not like and then I was confused about the cost because it said that it would be charged 699 for shipping, but it said shipping was free on another page and that really confuse me I was not charged for shipping, but it was confusing and I could see where that would deter people from continuing their purchase. I think the checkout process needs to be tested and made much easier. It took me over an hour to process my order thank you.
