My experience with your online shipping process and customer service was not good. I ordered boots on 12/5. I contacted Journey's by text on 12/12 because the status of my order was still "Processing". I was told that I should call for faster assistance. I called and spoke to an agent who told me that she reached out to the distribution center and my boots would ship by end of day but I wouldn't see a status change for about 48 hours. When the status had not changed by 12/16, I called again at 6:50pm and sat in the queue for more than 45 minutes and finally opted for a text at 7:35. I received a text from Journey's at 7:38 asking how they could help. I responded immediately with my order number, billing zip code and order date. I got a response 3 hours later that the order was on backlog until 12/15 and was now in a "released for shipment" status. I responded immediately asking for clarification on the new status. I received a response this morning at 9:39 from Shana asking how she could help. I replied back with the same information I provided in the text string last night and have not yet received a response. Meanwhile, I called again this morning and after waiting for more than 25 minutes, I spoke to an agent named Dominique. Dominique confirmed that the order was released for shipment from a store but she could not tell me when it would ship. I cancelled the order. All of the representatives I spoke were polite but response times are inadequate and if Journeys cannot predictably ship orders, update their online order status closer to real time or offer solutions to customers so customers can receive their orders, you should rethink online shopping.
