I’ve been waiting for a new pair of shoes and my daughter’s Christmas present to arrive. Took a few days for them to show tracking from Waco, but I figured it would be on time because it was only coming from Waco to Dallas. I could not believe it when I got home and saw there was only one box of shoes. Tracking everything showed there were two boxes of shoes. It was packaged in one of the small mailing envelopes and there would’ve been no way to stuff a second pair of shoes in that bag. Then I looked at the photo from the front porch of the bag and you could tell there was only one pair of shoes in the bag. So when I contacted customer service Via chat, they are opening an investigation for 9 to 12 business days before they re-ship my shoes. Well, I can understand they probably have some fraud, but look at the picture and use common sense to see that there was only one box of shoes. Now my daughter didn’t have her shoes on Christmas and I have no idea when they will arrive. Super disappointing. I work in customer service so I tried to be super nice but when employees are not empowered to make a decision based on evidence, it’s pretty disappointing that the company assumes all of their customers are trying to cheat them rather than looking quickly and resolving the issue.
