Fabulous products. Really like the selection available online. I was able to test some of the products in store...but want time to see longevity and how it sat on my skin. As I live a few hours away from a Jo Malone Store, the online store was perfect for me to follow up and purchase.

I contacted customer service three times to cancel a backordered item and was told each time I would receive a confirmation in 24-48 hrs but instead got confirmation that my item would ship each time. The customer service agents were always professional and courteous but I still don't know if my order is cancelled.

Like the selection and access to order the Ginger Biscuit Cologne. I accidentaly came across your store in Pacific Ctr on my way to Holt Renfrew to buy perfume. I fell in love with the Tuberose Angelica Perfume, and the kind sale person gave me small sample of the body creme. I just love that as well...and also purchased that in my order. O will purchase another perfume in the future. I had purchased a few Jo Malone perfumes from Sephora at High Street in Abbotsford. But...I really like the selection in your stand alone store in Pacific Centre. As I live 2 hours away from Pacific Centre, it is great I can order online in Canada without duties from international orders.

Received my diffuser order for a gift and realized it didn’t come in the beautiful box. Upon contacting the wensite call number i was waiting fir awhile, finely talked to someone only to be cut off. Second call Jane was helpful and explained i needed to check off box to have the complimentary gift box. Guess I missed that. Use to purchased in store. So they couldn’t even ship me the box out. Very disappointing. So niw I ordered a second diffuser just so I could get box to give as s gift.

I purchase Jo Malone hand wash and cream for our clinic often and have never had an issue until now. I am not sure what happened to the website, but it is no longer the same. I could not order the usual products or substitutes, nothing was available and it seems like you changed a lot of the products for the bath section. It was frustrating with this purchase for sure.

I've only had bad experiences at Jo Malone. I still haven't received my free 9ml perfume bottle that was advertised on Instagram and Threads. I never received my free gift box and even when I went to the Jo Malone store in Holt Renfrew, the lady working there treated me like a thief, even though I had an order number and email. I'll have to recontact customer service for the 6th time for my free 9ml bottle.

Website is slow and I accidentally add more amounts in the same item. If you remove an item the bill still keeps the amounts of the items you removed. Looks like cache does not clear properly.
