I called first to speak to a customer service person and she hung up on me . said she could not hear me ? I wanted to get a code for 10 percent off but could not get through and could not get one emailed to me. I wanted another complimentary gift instead of options and could not speak to a person. for 225.00 purchase i expect more !!

This is the 2nd time I am trying to purchase this product. The first time I did NOT receive it. The purchase never arrived and was declined for a reason that I do not understand. I had to contact Joe Malone to find out where my cologne was!!!! I was then told it was declined without any explanation! I was told annincestoeas taking place to why it was not sent. I am trying the purchase again today and am going to receive it as it said in my order within 5/7 business days. It would be nice to receive my original order as well as this was a complete inconvenience to me and the guest I purchased it for!

⭐️ 1 STAR VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE ⭐️ I honestly expected much better. This was a birthday gift for my best friend, so I was expecting it to arrive beautifully packaged in the original Jo Malone packaging. Instead, it came in a plain brown box with ordinary packaging. 😔 To make things worse, the free gift arrived broken and had to be thrown straight into the garbage. This was supposed to be a special birthday present, but the packaging and damaged free gift made the whole experience extremely disappointing. 💔 First order and definitely my last. I hope the company takes packaging, quality control, and customer experience more seriously. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Firstly, I think this is one of my favourite products in a very long time. I have made several repeat orders. But my feedback is as follows: I thought I had filled out the order to get a complimentary mini sized lotion promo in the same scent (Peony) as the body lotion I ordered. When my product arrived there was no gift. When I looked back on my online order, I did notice it was not there either. I received a message, I wanted to order a gift for a birthday purchase with a promo code, but it didn't work out, I wrote to support and they said you will order, we will send you a gift later with another package. I wrote five times, but we'll send it anyway, we'll send it five times, they said, but they didn't send my birthday present. I lost a lot of time for it terribly. Even when I first ordered there, there were five gifts for the promotion and they canceled just one gift for me.

I wish the initial CS rep was more knowledgeable. The 2nd call/rep was somewhat helpful and the 3rd CS rep said I would have a CS call me within 24 hrs to find my order. The whole experience was poor as a first time customer. I do really love the scent I chose.
