I have purchased Jo Malone before at Nordstrom’s and I also have purchased Jo Malone in York England. You need to go back to the old formula of theVetiver and vanilla.

Jo Malone should always pack the items ordered in a gift box, regardless of whether the customer chooses that option or not. My items were just wrapped in tissue paper instead of being placed in a box for protection against damage in the delivery process. That's my only complain regarding my order. I love Jo Malone products and will continue to order them.

Well the purchase this evening was ok. It could've been better, but because Iove Jo Malone's fragrance so I purchased something really nice. I had a bad experience with a representative a couple weeks ago and I really wanted to try something different. A representative from the store helped me feel a little better though. It was pretty good but you didn’t have the smaller size tomato candle I wanted to get a few of those instead I got just one Big one. Excited to try the hand wash. I wish the butternut and beetroot had a candle. Maybe a double where it’s two for one!

I am so excited, my favorite Jo Malone fragrance is back. When I saw it was back I didn't even think I just when ahead and bought it. It took a bit of time to arrived but when it came, it was worth the wait. I am definitely getting another one before the season is done. I love Jo Malone fragrance and highly recommend this brand even though they are on the pricey side.

Ease of purchase was great, transaction went through no problem, I received a tracking number, but then the shipper claimed the product was delivered. It was not. I found that strange due to the fact I ordered something else from somewhere else but yet the shipper delivered that product with a picture. Hmmm... But when I received my confirmation email that both orders were delivered from Jo Malone and they were not I was confused. So I called the phone number provided and spoke to two live operators, which both of them understood and were very empathetic to the situation. Now this is were it's gets serious. Again when I talked to both Jo Malone representatives they both responded and documented the situation accurately and precisely. They both went above and beyond to properly resolve the incident. And I did receive and was highly satisfied with the products I ordered as well as the compensation products. All products are true to how they are advertised. All staff at Jo Malone gets a 10+ rating regarding how they took care of the situation. I am a very pleased customer that is looking forward to the very long relationship that has been started and will continue for years to come. Thank you to all that have made my start to finish a memorable experience.
