Easy to find the product the website looks clean and nice design, but the checkout area was not super clear that only one code can be used for each time. I would hope as the first time customer that we can use at least welcome offer plus a gift if there were code can be applied.

I accidentally hit pur hase twice because the numberof purchases did not show up in the bag. They show up next to the bag so I didn’t notice them because they’re small. I went to change it and despite the ability to change it when I checked out, it did change $50 charge plus tax but it still showed up on PayPal is $100. If this doesn’t change on my PayPal bill, I will be very upset. And this did impact my overall experience with my online purchase; otherwise, my experience would’ve been positive. Thank you.

I went to Neiman Marcus to choose a new perfume as I have about 6 of your perfumes. Was ignored and coul dnot get assistance, so was pleased to have the option to purchase online. I was trying to decide between the honeysuckle and lotus flower but Neiman's did not have the lotus flower to test/smell.

Nice products bad customer service and delivery

Ordered about $1200 of stuff did second day since it’s been so hot it took a week and a call to customer service, was not offered refund on the 2 day cost (even tho just $15 it’s the thought!) she didn’t really Seem To know much and then it took forever to communicate with her and she found the package but my only options were refund the whole purchase or resubmit. also my diffuser arrived dirty and I’ll keep it reluctantly because I don’t feel like dealing with y’all’s customer service and delivery expectations to return etc so ideally I’d want a refund but it was too much trouble so I’m keeping and using the dirty diffuser. 3 scents were not to my liking, but in tact and so they will be returned ive already started the process and my free candle was starting to melt when it arrived which shows how long it was hot. All the products were warm. Despite ur precautions. The other candles arrived nicely and smell great.
