I’ve purchased Jo Malone from other retailers before & love the product: but this was the first time ordering directly. I received a code for a discount if I provided my email & cell phone, which I did. The discount code did not work but now I’ll be bombarded with texts & emails. Just be honest, I didn’t even get the product cheaper by buying directly from Jo Malone. Bad business!

Website is great. I need my favorite, great smelling, Wild Bluebell to have more scent staying power. One can't smell it at all after an hour. I need something stronger in the same scent.

They did not state the product I bought was out of stock until I purchased. Very unhappy with the lack of visibility and now I am struggling to get an update from customer service on my eta. I need to know this as this is a gift. Please update. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication and support on this issue.

I love JoMalone! I love my favorite scents. I love that the sizes fit all my needs from home to travel away. The customer service has been available if I needed. I can’t say enough good things about JM! BTW I love Peony and Blush Suede! I give it as a gift often!

I love the product. You had a deal going, where if I purchased a bottle I was supposed to get a second bottle free. I tried to do the deal several times, but it would not let me. Then I tried contacting customer support but they were unhelpful in resolving the issue. So I got what I wanted, but didn't get the advertised deal which sucks because it's a nice way of trying new fragrances or products.

Sample sets make it so easy to explore different fragrances before committing to a full-size bottle, and I’ve always loved this concept. I’m especially glad Jo Malone offers these at such an affordable price point—it’s hard to resist! I’ve owned Jo Malone fragrances in the past (many received as gifts), and Peony & Blush Suede has long been one of my favorites. This time, I wanted to try Oud & Bergamot, and now I know exactly how it wears on my skin. My only wish is that the sample sets were available in even more scents!

Yes, I would recommend this brand. Love some of the fragrances, I hope the perfume last more , that is reason I purchase only the 9ml and 30ml to reapply during the date. But overall I do love the fragrances and I can't wait for new releases.

The only issue I had was being unable to use the Welcome10 promo code I received for my last purchase and signing up for email at checkout. I got an error message saying my order did not qualify because it did not equal to $100 worth of retail value, even though my order without tax was 148.

My BFF introduced me to Joe Malone. She’s giving me a total of five different bottles. A month ago, she was wearing a particular scent that I did not have, orange marmalade and it smelled so amazing. When there was a sale buy one get one free, she texted me and I placed my order online. It was quick, and easy to do. My experience online was good.

You had the item in stock that I was looking for. I never truly understood how to acitivate the free mini for purchase over $50. I tried several times and was either kicked off of the order, rejected bc I only spent $97 vs $100 but I was trying to get the mini sample bc of over $50 purchase. I spent over an hour trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and contacted CHAT too. I gave up and ordered w/o the mini gift

Website did not direct use of my Birthday Discount nor inform me that the complimentary 9ml item is randomly selected for you. I ended up calling customer service and the 1st representative asked me questions for about 5 minutes but when I asked if she could input the online order on her end to ensure the products and discounts were properly applied, she only then disclosed that her system was down. Another call into Jo Malone customer service resulted in better communication & assistance but also the unfortunate relay of information that the Birthday gift (free 9ml item) is not something the customer gets to select. I asked the representative to give feedback, that even a limited selection should be made available for the free birthday item, especially since it is not returnable. It could end up being something you hate. Overall, I basically bought what I wanted & I guess I'll find out if the free item is something I hate, love, or is just meh. Additionally, the online check out process was complicated by periodic issues with my account being randomly logged out despite actively browsing and changing cart items, as well as on the customer service representative's side ... she ended up also getting logged out on her end & had to ask me to change from using my cell phone to my laptop to get the order placed. In the end, I placed the online order with the restrictions as aforementioned, but I will say that the representative stayed on the phone with me until the online confirmation email was received and she was patient throughout the process.

The website is slow and a little clunky. I had a qualifying order for free mini but could not seem to apply it to order despite it showing that I qualified on the order itself. I tried several times but my selection from the options never reflected on the order. I finally gave up and placed without because I love my fragrance.
