While the information is very helpful about each individual product, it is a little labor intensive to find all of the products from the same scent line. It would be helpful to easily click on a link to find all items - candles to hand cream and cologne - in one place. In this order, I selected a medley of three items in the same scent.

Sometimes the pages seem cluttered and hard to find things. I hate having to click to scroll sideways instead of using the wheel of my mouse to easily scroll up and down. Sometimes I feel like the search words I type in don't pull up all the products in that scent.

Worst experience. I made three separate transitions to crate 3 separate messages- these items were bridal gifts and engraved. 2 were backordered even though website stated in stock, one was engraved incorrectly, one was not even engraved even though i paid for the engraving. I was told by customer service I would be shipped correct engraved items which never happened. Will never purchase again !

Good website but glitchy when adding discount codes. Confusing checkout experience having to play around with which type of personalization or shopping would allow code to be applied. I had to restart the process a couple of times.

I have purchased Jo Malone quite a few times.First purchase was from Nordstrom. Love the fragrances. Nordstrom store closed in my local area(Salem, Oregon). Then I started ordering on line -and a couple times at a store in Beaverton area(less than 50 miles away. The tracking on my recent package would desire to have better tracking on it. Wanted to try the English pear( fresia and sweet) for something new. It was not available to purchase sandalwood and spiced Apricot… or fir and Artemisia would like to purchase those. It would be nice to try new fragrances. Small bottles help to make them affordable.

I have purchased a few different Jo Malone scents. This is the first time ordering from her direct website. I spent over $100 so I was entitled to a complimentary item. I chose a mini sample of the Poppy fragrance and received an email that it was out of stock. I called and spoke with a representative who informed me that the Poppy was back in stock and would be shipped to me. However, I didn't receive an email confirmation and still haven't received the complimentary Poppy mini. Will I ever receive my complimentary item?

I will never purchase from Jo Malone. This purchase was a gift. I never received my birthday email and I called customer service 3 times about it. They didn’t care. Your scents don’t last long. It’s just a bad company.

Using an online gift card was a pain and frustrating! There was no easy way to keep the Jo Malone site open to the check out section and copy the gift card number from the email then go back the Jo Malone check out and then go back to the email and copy the PIN number and go back to the site. I kept getting kicked out of the check out and had to come back in from the homepage. After unsuccessfully trying to do it several times, I finally took a picture of the email gift card and typed in the gift card an PIN numbers by hand. Very frustrating and unnecessarily difficult!

I have used Jo Malone since the 90's and have at least 12 different fragrances. I always love when they tell you what fragrances can be layered with each other, to get different notes. Before the company was sold, they used to have a guide on which fragrances were good to layer together. I miss that guidance and hope you will think about making those suggestions on your website, if you can't do a brochure.
