It is difficult navigating your websites; it is “jumpy”. Also, I was unable to personalize my cologne bottle. I have been having trouble with this same issue for over a month. I called twice and was reassured that I would receive assistance: no response.

I placed a hand cream for a birthday gift and clearly show“wrapped together”. However when the item arrived in a plain white box with nothing but a code printed it. It honest looked like a leftover sample，I literlly cannot give it to my friend in this condition！！

I placed an order today for $315 and used the code MINICANDLES. Your banner promised 3 Mini Candles with a $150 purchase, plus two 9 ml colognes with $250. I received the two colognes, but only two mini candles were added to my bag (Pomegranate Noir and Lime Basil & Mandarin). The third mini candle was missing.

Great experience overall. I’d love if you sent the scent mixing card with orders. I have a few from years ago with like 15 scents and what yo mix with them to make the scent more fresh/light or more musky/dark. It’s very helpful! But an updated one would be even better!
