Well, my daughter initially purchased a bunch from you & asked me to see which one I wanted...I choose the Peony blush rose--it was Sooo Lovely that I just had to make a puchase for myself when I ran out. *****

I was able to order the 2 main items from the collection that I really wanted, however, it was frustrating that I could only utilize one coupon or discount code at a time. Because of this, I was not able to apply both my welcome discount and the code to get a free trio gift pack (2 small scents and a mini candle) at the same time. As it turns out, by the time my order shipped, both the mini candle and one of the scents were sold out, so I only received one item of the three-item offer. The company made no attempt to rectify the situation, such as giving me a discount on my order, or sending another item of equal value to replace the two items that they were out of, and were missing from my purchase. These are expensive items and a little good customer service would go a long way to retain new patrons. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in this situation. I have previously purchased quite a few Jo Malone scents directly from stores in the UK, and always received amazing service. In fact, I loved going there so much that I always made time to stop into a shop if there was one nearby. This is, unfortunately, not the case with ordering from the U.S. website. It’s overpriced, underperforming, and devoid of that warm, friendly consumer-first format that the stores take so much pride in.

I have been a loyal Jo Malone customer since 2001. Never have had an issue until this last delivery. My most recent order totaled 500.00. My 3 bottles of perfume were rolling around loose in the box, nothing to stop breakage etc. It could have been a disaster. I really do think that there should be some quality control for shipping and packing. Like I have mentioned, this could have been a mess. Thank you

I use Jo Malome products; Wild Bluebell is my go-to spring/summer fragrance. But I was looking for a deeper scent for winter wear and this two some in small sample sizes fit the bill for trying a new scent perfectly as the scents are all original combos.

Absolutely hated the fact that this survey popped up block my screen and held me hostage till I took it before I could print reciept.So I had to screen shot my confirmation number. Very unprofessional.Otherwise everything was good.

It was my birthday month. I assumed there would be a discount code and inquired but never got an answer. The chat mode didn’t work on my computer. I never got the keyboard to write my response. I was very frustrated. So I paid the full price. The package arrived in a brown paper wrap, I thought it would be more nicely presented for $100. I also wish you would allow customers to choose their bonus or sample. They sent an intense scent and I prefer lighter fragrances.

The fragrances are just absolutely delicious, but there was no way of finding out tracking on the delivery, and then I got notified a couple of weeks later after my order was placed that one of the candles in the order which ran out and they would refund that part I haven’t seen that and I haven’t checked, but I’m going to
