The shopping process breaks stuff

Ordered stuff for myself and for others, it arrived and the candle was chipped. But it was the item for me, it didn’t impede with the function but it def is a nuisance as I have to make sure not to touch the chip. But I am just gonna burn it down I called for a refund, and they made q case order and emailed me and sent pics with the chip but got no response or refund and I have tried contacting you guys via email before it’s always unresponsive

Only issue is you cancelled my last order because it was out of stock instead of letting me place a back order. and i got an email saying the product was discontinued. I called and found out it was not discontinued. Maybe don't send those emails because people might give up.
