I was getting kicked out when I tried to complete my order. I had to go to history and clear the cache. Also, I put in a CSA 15% discount and even though I was above $150 total still ($153) It said I needed to spend $8.50 to get the larger complimentary product.

I have been using Jo Malone since 2011,it is the only cologne I will ever use! I have almost every scent and it always makes my day. I smell amazing and I ALWAYS get compliments. I was excited about new Vegetable collection and absolutely in love with it! My friend once was walking on the street on England and not knowingly was passing by Jo Malone store, and she said “ oh it’s smells like Katrina around here” :) Scents are so fresh and unique! I love you Jo Malone!

I love the products and the different sizes available. The scents are to my taste. I really like that they're available in Airports too where they can be tested. I wish they'd be in more. When ordering by mail the optional free box is a great feature too. I usually get samples when I order, but didn't this time which was a disappointment.

Easy to navigate and find products. My purchase MESSAGE said I qualified for a mini, even though my purchase of $170 quallified me for a full size. I was able to select a full size on the next page, but the initial message was confusing. I was disappointed that my choice of full size bonus was sold out. 🤷🏼♀️ I haven’t bought Jo Malone fragrance (my favorite) in years because the price point has gone extreme. But I was tempted today by the free shipping and bonus product.

Enjoyed the suggestion of layering the different scents for more of an indepth experience. The scents are not long lasting and often need to be reapplied. Overall content with my purchase. The smaller bottles are easy to transport in a handbag.

Some of you fragrances are great others not so. I'm buying jo Malone because my elderly skin can tolerate it not like more expensive brands that are all chemicals now. Hiwever do not like the politically correct models on the website what happened to England being a Christian Country.

I really enjoy your fragrances, my only two complaints is that they have very little staying power. That means having to use more, and that leads me to my second comment, which is your products are quite expensive. I really can't justify spending 100 to 200 for this luxury.
