From the weighty heft of the beautiful jar to the rich texture of the body cream, this product is luxurious. I ordered it in several scents, hoping to find a “signature scent” - but realized that I enjoyed selecting one that was in harmony with its my mood of the moment. Pomegranate Noir is my go-to when I need to feel strong enough to persevere. Jo Malone body creams are more than simply moisturizing cream with a lovely scent; they nourish and comfort and inspire. I will be a life-long customer!

Normally, you receive samples with every Joe Malone purchase. This time I didn’t see an option to choose a sample only if you spent over $100. Normally it does not matter how much you spend. For deluxe samples, but not just regular samples.

I love Jo Malone London and really enjoy the convenience of shopping online. The products are excellent, and ordering is easy. My only complaint is that the website can be a little slow at times, but overall, I’ve had a great experience shopping with Jo Malone London.

The amount of Products r great that being said your website is the worse. The reload time it’s slow it’s kinky and I couldn’t check out because it wouldn’t recognize my address and it took me days and days of trying to figure out the issue the website is really awful. I almost ordered through Neumann marcus but I wanted ur gift so I persevered but truly the website is the biggest deterrent.

My overall interaction with the website today was marvelous! Nothing to complain about whatsoever , I enjoyed my shopping experience in the checkout experience was quick and painless. Everything was easy to find that I was in the market shopping for, and I even got a free deluxe sample of a product I've been wanting to try for a while. And very happy and satisfied today with my purchase and check out experience.

The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. Perfume/cologne/fragrances are always high quality and last all day. I bought my first bottle in store and came back to the website for my next 2 purchases. I actually received free samples with my first online purchase and found my second favorite “can’t live without” fragrance this way. I will continue to buy my favorite 2 fragrances.

I have several Jo Malone fragrances mostly purchased through Sephora or Macy but I was curious about the veggie collection which they did not have at each store so I decided to get the sampler set. And I was very happy to get just a sampler because those kind of Fragrances can go either way for me, so I thought the samples that would be perfect and I decide which one would be a full bottle worthy

The product itself was great - a birthday gift for one of my best friends. He really enjoyed it! However I had asked for gift wrapping and it did not come wrapped which was a bummer. Also the delivery window changed twice to later than expected, still within the confines of what was stipulated but just unfortunate since I could’ve gotten it to him earlier. I ended up using the online agent to let the company know and was given a coupon code which I have not used yet and I really hope it works haha.

I had been avoiding buying Joe Malone perfume because I thought it was too expensive for me. I have tried many other perfumes and they all give me a headache. But I found Joe Malone orange blossom and I absolutely love it. I purchased the perfume and the cream together and it's a lovely combination I bought the small bottle thinking I might not wear it very much but I found that it is the opposite and once I get low with the small bottle I will purchase the larger size! Thank you Joe Malone for giving me a perfume that I really super love a lot

I have been wanting to try Honeysuckle / Davana for a while. I broke down and purchased a 30ml. I really don’t like to spend $100 and not know if I will like the scent. It should be available in 9ml like all the other scents. I currently wear Wild Blue. That is my favorite however I wish the scent lasted longer. After a hour I need to reapply. I have used the body cream along with the cologne hoping it will make it last longer but it doesn’t seem to work. I will continue to buy the Wild Bluebell because I absolutely love it! I do hope to receive a coupon one day and/or some free samples.

I love Jo Malone products but they are harder and harder to find. My favorite fragrances are not available in the perfume or body creme. I do NOT like the current releases! I want orange blossom, lime blossoms, red roses and wild bluebell. I don't like these new scents. Please make the classics available again.
