Jo Malone online isn’t a great option if you want a beautiful gift to give someone. In the past, I could go to the store and get a beautifully wrapped gift and be proud to give it to family and friends. This year I bought the large cologne for a gift in order to receive three candles as an extra special bonus to go with the gift. Being it was for a milestone birthday I thought it would be worth it. The first set arrived with fine cracks and what looked to be like crumbled dirt embedded into the candle tops. Customer service suggested because it was a free gift I should just try and wipe out the dirt! that doesn’t help with the cracks not an option! he then said he would send along a new set or at least try to. They arrived, but in worse shape than the first one no dirt just smashed glass. I cannot be the only one this happened to. The small little candles were so inefficiently wrapped it was impossible for them to arrive safely. I’ve learned my lesson my gift didn’t happen the way I wanted it to. I will never order Jo Malone online again.. frankly I don’t know that I’ll buy Jo Malone again after this, It just put a damper on my whole experience. Frustrating and super disappointing!
