Ordered gift for 50th birthday. Wrote a message and asked for gift wrapping. Got neither when I called saw the message I wrote but no gift wrap. Why would I send message without wrap?? Been using jo Malone for years and last 2 orders had problems. The good news my gift was loved by birthday gal.

I wanted to join the scent discovery program. The site told me to select a scent and the price would be deducted at checkout, which never happened. So I paid for the $26 bottle when it was promised free. :( But I love my Wild Bluebell so much that nothing will ever stop me from buying from Jo Malone!

Scents- amazing. Website- tragic and clunky. The sorting is a challenge to understand, the ease of use is terrible, the website doesn’t pick up the address half the time and he load time is atrocious.

I spent $175, and put in the candleduo code, and it wouldn't take it. The error message said I needed to purchase $150, which I did. I then tried to enter "birthday" and that didn't work either. The error message said I need to spend $75, which I had. Very frustrating.
