My interaction with the website was satisfactory; however, my experience with speaking with a live representative was very poor. The first representative I spoke with hung up on me. The second representative talked over me, but was much more pleasant. Neither was able to give me confidence that I could have the anniversary gift engraved.

I ordered the candle as a gift and requested a gift box. The gift box was not included in the delivery. It took away from the beauty of the gift basket as the candle was an anchor piece. It still looked nice but not having a gift box did dilute the polished look I was going for.

Received merchandise with no individual box but rather haphazardly thrown inside one big box. Merchandise broken and almost got my finger cut fishing it out from the box. No after though by the staff who packaged the merchandise. So disappointing, considering Ive purchased 6 perfume in the last month as i love your perfume. Poor customer service.

Just ordered your limited edition holiday scent and hoping you bring back next year Orange Bitters. I get a sample if available when I order from you which is how I first smelt it and scalpers are making fake versions of it, but I got one full bottle of the actual, but got duped on a fake one as well. It is an amazing scent, so this Vanilla Scotch I hope is good as well. If so I will come back and buy another if available.

The products were all fine. However, I was very surprised at the very inadequate packing of them: a few pieces of crumpled kraft paper for glass bottles? I could hardly believe it. Two of the bottles were chipped.
