I was impressed with the selection. Everyone at JJB was responsive and helpful. And I liked the fact that I can purchase wines, store them at JJB, and have them shipped at a time that works for me. I am not a fan of FedEx delivery. I paid for 3 day shipping the item arrived in 4. I also paid flr climate cooled delivery and my bottle showed up HOT. The ice pack completely melted and the bottle was literslly hot to the touch.

Good website. Good selection. I have purchased wine and bourbon. The prices are a bit high but some of these bottles are hard to Find. I typically buy just the hard to find items but if pricing was more competitive I would buy a much greater volume of bourbon and wine

It was a good experience. I will not know how satisfied I am until I receive my order. The fact that you want to charge a fee for Insurance is ridiculous. You are making enough money and Fedex should cove the inurance.

Ordering process was fairly simple - OAL a great experience. Although I really wish we would use UPS vs. Fedex for shipping. Fedex has damaged my property more than twice during deliveries - so a bit of a PIA.

The only thing I don't like is that the option to pick up, rather than have shipped, comes so late in the checkout process. It makes you nervous that you are being forced into shipping the wine. I'm sure it's not an issue for most people, but I always pick up my wine, so wish that option was surfaced earlier int eh checkout process.
