I have no complaints. I appreciated the choice to estimate shipping rates before checkout very much. It is what decided which merchant I would buy from since I need this ink to get here asap so my printhead doesn't dry out. The whole experience here is very clean and tight and makes inkTech appear much more reliable than any of the other sources I was looking at.

I haven't yet used the toner cartridges for the Brother printer. I wish inkTech still sold rebuilt toner cartridges for my ancient HP LaserJet 4 Plus as the purchase of one earlier this year is how I discovered inkTech.
