I first couldn't find the proper cartridge. I had to google my printer to find it (it didn't show up on your search). The reason I'm making this purchase is that my current cartridge that I previously purchased from you and is still more than half full is not working well - it is producing streaks. Observing the cartridge, I can see that there are a lot of lines on the imaging drum. Why would I have gotten them all of the sudden after only printing not all that long with it?

I've received ink cartridges for my Epson printer and one of the cartridges was broke the clipping device that clips into the printer was broke so it would not install it was not damaged in shipping it was a default in quality when it was made ,there is no quality control anymore

I ordered a new drum unit (cyan). The one I had did not show being close to used up but it had been leaking ink for quite a while. I recently replaced the cartridge but that did not seem to stop the leaking. So, I ordered a new drum unit. Any sugestions?

I had rec'd an order a while back but the black cartridge stopped working at the 40% amount according to the Canon printer I am using. It said it suspected I was not using a Canon cartridge. So, I tried to order from Canon. When I went in to check on the delivery I found that, some how, I had ordered from Ready Toner. EEK! It came. The Canon would not even load their cartridge. I was desperate. I reordered from Ink Tech and when I rec'd your cartridges I loaded the black and although the Canon said the same thing, it did accept it. I am trying to get instructions on returning the Ready Toner order with a refund, but so far, to no avail.

I can’t tell you if I will read it again because we haven’t used them yet to check on the colors so I don’t know whether they’ll work I was concerned about buying the manufacturer ones so we will see. There was trouble to start was putting the right number in of what you wanted to buy. Was never able to talk to anybody.
