Unfortunately, I was charged $49 for shipping after an online pop up said I would get free shipping. Except at the final check out the shipping fee was added because I live in Hawaii. I know free shipping is excluded to Hawaii but the pop up said I ordered enough product to get free shipping. So it offered and then took away the benefit. I ordered $100 worth of toner and was charged an additional $49 for shipping. It is bad enough to have to pay for the shipping but then the pop up is just a disincentive for me. Because I commented on the shipping charge on my order, the order was held up to confirm if I still wanted to ink. I like your product, I just do not like having to pay and additional 50% for shipping. It is already expensive, why not just offer Hawaii a discount on the shipping cost instead of totally ignoring your incentive promotion.

I have been getting my toner from Ink Technologies for the last 6 1/2 years. I love the fact that they send discount codes to me every month, too, so that I when I order I know I will be getting a lower price which is significantly less than my printer's manufacturers price. A friend recommended getting my toner from Ink Technologies and it was one of the best pieces of advice I have had.
