I have been very satisfied with the service you provide. Orders come within a few days. One problem I had, however, was that my old printer died. I purchased the most current BROTHER printer and had an unopened box of new printer ink which I thought would work in my new printer. It did not fit. I was then told to send the new ink back, which I did. USP charged me $17.72 to ship the printer ink back to you. The $25.25 refund seemed to be not worth my time or effort to send it back to you. (That was my only frustration otherwise I have no complaints, your service is great.)

Placing the order on the net was relatively easy. The main reason for purchase was it was half the price of the Brother toner. I won't be knowing whether it perfroms for several months since my Brother cartridge still has a ways to go. My experience with printer cartridges in the past not from the manufacturer of the printer are poor so I hope these perform well. As an aside the UPS delivery man was seen actually tossing the package that contained the two toners down the flight of stairs from the street level of my home. Hoping that did not do some damage.
