I have been ording from InkTech for several years. At the time, I always went to a big box store for ink. After checking their prices, I searched online for a much better price deal. I found InkTech! Their website was so very easy to navigate and the prices were very reasonable and competative with other online sites. Selecting the correct printer information and the type of ink I needed was easy due to concise information on their web site. Once I order, I received quick confirmation of my order and tracking information was constantly updated as to when my ink would arrive. And it arrives in a timely manner too! An added bonus was using a code they provide for additional savings. I am sure you will be very pleased with the ease of ordering, the speed of delivery, the constant tracking information and the price of the ink! InkTech will alway be my go to for ink!

All good except I hate the coupon discount, I usually place orders at night, and almost all the time the code has changed and I cant reach anybody to update, Inktech has told me they always email out the new codes, but I never get them, I have checked my spam also, no emails.

If you're using your printer for graphics or art, ink prices are killer. So it's nice that there's an alternative to the name brand that charges a lot more for the same basic quality. Really, I couldn't tell the difference between Epson ink and InkTech.

I had initially ordered the wrong item and called customer support, and they agreed with me that the item would not fit my machine, but then supplied me with information to return the item and at that time they would refund my money.
