I needed to replace printer ink cartridges, and I did not want to play OEM prices. This product was advertised as compatible with my Brother inkjet printer model. When I received the product, it turned out it would not fit in my model. The model it would fit had a similar model number, but slightly different by two digits. I suspect the InkTech website presented the wrong printer model number associated with the cartridges that were advertised, so I assume I am not the only customer who mistakenly purchased cartridges that would not fit their printer. Customer service was very responsive and transparent with their guidance on how to return the product. They notified me immediately when they received my return box. Overall, I am willing to try Inktech once more and give the company a second chance.

These are the best price I have found, and I know they will work. They are a few dollars cheaper than Amazon, and also offer free shipping. The only hassle is...I have to re-use the original microchip from the original print cartridge because these actually don't work in my machine otherwise. The work-around has been doing the trick though and they last a long time.

On your confirmation emails I'd suggest having a "reorder" button... I ended up googling the company and logging in but a direct link would be better. On the login page the password section aid suggest having the option to show the password. Ordering ink isn't like a an email or bank account password... a lot of people aren't likely to remember it so being able to see what password I'm typing would have made it a bit faster. I didnt know if I was typing wrong or just not remembering my password.
