The last cartridge of toner left a toner marks on the right side of the copy. This new one is doing the same thing. I don't know if it is something I am doing or a fault with the cartridge.

So, I was looking for a specific color and type of ink and it seemed they were available at many places, but omg some places wanted up to 35.00 and it's not even one of more pertinent colors. Then I saw Ink Technologies website. It was a God send because they sold exactly what I needed for 14.95. I was surprised at the price! As a matter of fact, I didn't even have to pay S&H. I still can't believe it I mean what a HUGE difference in price... The delivery was just as great, I believe I got in the mail a day early. So next week I will be back on Ink Technologies website and I will be purchasing another color of ink. I'm looking forward to it, and I know I won't get sticker shock! The actual ink cartridge was in perfect working order and it was exactly what I needed. Had I known that I needed the next ink cartridge I would have ordered it at the same time. Thank you so much Ink Technologies you have gained a permanent customer.

My computer told me I needed a new drum and that my in supply was better than half. I ordered a new drum, but it still is printing poorly...light and spotty. Not certain it is the drum but the computer now acknowledges the new drum and does not give me a problem to note. But the print is not good at all.

Your company delivers ink at a good price. Forcing your customers to select "Free Magazines" from bizrate is as dumb as it gets. Since I am 88 years old it is unlikely that I will order any more Epson ink. If I survive long enough to order more ink I will look for a supplier who does not have a "Free Magazine" scam.
