I went to a competitor's website, and was presented with several options. It was impossible to decide which applied to my printer. Then I looked up where I had purchased this toner cartridge last time: InkTech. You folks make it easy! And your pricing is better.

I was emailed a 10% off coupon and I tried to use it. It was denied because not enough re-manufactured products. The email did not specify what products but implied site wide. In the future, it would be good to specify restrictions.

This is the 3rd. time I buy your product. I am very please. They are send fast and I installed them (the cartridges) with no problem at all. I have been returning the empty cartridges. I got a question: Is there any credit for doing that? I think will be a good idea for persons that do that instead trowing them away. Just a suggestion.

Post Office claimed tried make delivery on Saturday morning and left ticket stating would return next business day. Following Wednesday, went into the El Centro, CA, post office and workers found package still waiting for delivery and gave to me.
