The website is easy to navigate and as a returning customer the re-order was easy. My printer has refused to recognize re-manufactured printer cartridges in the past (HP has stopped making the replacement cartridges). Two orders ago I ordered re-manufactured cartridges, but they didn't work. Ordered HP, they work. Ordered re-man, they worked. Fingers crossed, the printer will accept these cartridges also.
