I had some slight difficulty finding my printer since it wasn't on the shown list, but I did find the toner fairly easily. I would recommend that your site automatically inputs the lowest savings price if more are added in the shopping cart later instead of recalculating again.

1st, didn't realize they were reconditioned, I have not used think ink purchase yet. Will be using the black ink as of today 6-16-26. I do not use the printer very often so hopefully the black and 3 other colors (when used) will be satisfactory! So far I'm happy with the experience with your company!

Your website is great! Makes it very easy to order. My only complaints: You can only use the discount on an "off brand" item. Also, the off-brand items that we have ordered don't work as well or as easily as the OEM items. The print cartridge we ordered before this one would not work -- even after we did what the insert advised. Fortunately we have a computer guru working for us who was able to solve the problem. But he had to remove the chip from the OEM item and insert it into the off-brand. Now who would know to do this? Or know how to do this? Maybe you need to put another insert in with the off-brand items. But I doubt if customers would be willing to switch chips!

My uncle Steve Concato recommended this company to purchase my ink. I am an independent contractor and a traveling phlebotomist, so I have to print out my daily patient orders from home. Ink has tripled in price at the local office supplies, and the quality has decreased dramatically. I was so relieved to find that I could buy 2 XL cartridges of ink for less than one regular cartridge! The order process was quick and easy. I highly recommend InkTech.
