Your check out system actually notified me of a restriction on my company credit card that only an administrator from our company could fix. After the adjustment, we were able to complete the purchase. Tracey I believe spoke with me and helped me recognize the issue I was having. She even went as far as placing the order for me even though we didn't know the card was the issue at the time.

My experience today was great, but the reason I am re-ordering the Magenta is that the previous one I ordered from you is leaking and causes blotches on every paper printed. It also gets all over the inside of my printer. I hope the next one is better.
