I was disappointed that Ink Technologies did not still have my account on file, but it has been a while sine I have ordered, due to a new printer But it was easy to sign up again and place my order. Since this is a 501 C (3) non-profit church, I am surprised that you do not offer a submission option for Form 119 on the website. My order initially said it qualified for free shipping, but it ended up charging me anyway.

We haven't yet qualified for a coupon or rewards which would have made the choice to buy from InkTech more clear. As it was, we found a slightly cheaper price but one our our needed items was out of stock so we came back to InkTech. Happy with free shipping and inventory

overall experience is good. Easy to find products required. I dont like that the monhtly coupon is difficult to find. The monhtly coupon should automataically be updated to my checkout screen since I am a returning costumer and dont always have the coupon code available to use at checkout

3 Tricolor InkJet Cartridges are defective and do not print all of the Colors even though it shows that they are available within the Cartridge. 1 Cartridge is working OK. Cartridges need to be replaced.
