It's been a while since I needed ink. When I bought the Brother printer, I got some free ink with it so I thought I would try your compatible ink having had good a good experience with the toner and replacement drums for my older Brother 5150. I found the website easy to use and the pricing tgood.

When my Dell 2150cdn color laser printer reported it was low on toner and I discovered that Dell no longer offered it for my model, I did a search and Ink Technologies came right up at the top. I have been hesitant in the past to buy from a third party seller as I know the nasty tricks that manufacturers do to prevent outside ink or toner to work. But I had no choice. I bought black toner from Ink Technologies and to my delight the printer accepts it and I am back in business. The price was a fraction of the cost I had been paying Dell. I wish I had discovered Ink Technologies years ago!

The Black high-capacity ink cartage will not update my printer to show that it is full of ink. tried wiping both of the contacts with a cloth and no change. Inserted a back up cartage and that one works fine.
