Good, pretty simple although the dual email thing is a little confusing since if I had no second email I would have been restricted from changing my profile...which would have been frustrating, so there needs to be a "I have no second email choice on the screen or some other security measure that is agreeably verifiable.

Tricky to make sure you enter the exact printer model before selecting the toner. Had the wrong items in basket and just by chance returned to shopping and saw the field to enter model. On a mobile phone so it may render different on PC, but it was tricky to spot first time around! Need to make it part of workflow to reduce clients buying wrong product and returning the item!

I got an email from inkTech that gave a discount code but it didn't work for my purchase. It said that the order placed $219.00 was not qualified for the INK4995 coupon. I had to try applying the code twice to insure it wasn't user error. It wasn't. Other than that I like the pricing from here and the ease of finding the printer I use.
