I worked with Brett to help me build my quote and even though we had to take off some gear that i really wanted because my budget, he was super helpful. it took us about 4 days of on and off communication because i have a toddler and had to leave the computer a lot but he stuck with me. 10/10 great customer service from him. im not sure if there is commissions for the sales reps or gear pros but ill be reaching out to him next month when im buying my trussing.

When I increased the quantity of my item to two, I looked to see if the shipping charge changed, and it did not. Therefore, I proceeded with the order. I was shocked to see that the shipping charge doubled when that was not indicated until after the purchase went through. I could’ve gotten similar items for $6.99 from Walmart but it would’ve taken two extra weeks. I went through with the order with the shipping charges as I thought they were in order to get the item sooner. I’m not canceling the order because I still want them sooner.
