I completed my purchase without any issues; the process was fast and intuitive—so much so, in fact, that I realized my user profile still listed my previous home address, and that data had automatically populated the delivery information fields. I immediately contacted their customer service center to explain the problem; they quickly updated my address and shipped out my order. Honestly, I have to say that the shipping carrier they use (UPS)—at least in my region—provides the worst service. Whenever something is shipped to me via UPS, the product arrives dented, broken, severely delayed, or simply lost. On this occasion, it arrived five days after the estimated delivery date. When the driver arrived at my home, she simply assumed I wasn't there; she parked on the street outside for a few seconds, glanced at my house, and drove off without even getting out of her vehicle to attempt the delivery. She simply marked it in her system as "undeliverable—recipient not found." The next day, I had to go pick it up myself at their facility for undelivered packages. This is extremely frustrating; if I wanted to go pick up an item myself, I would simply go to the nearest store (Guitar Center), make my purchase right there, and receive the item instantly. Anyway, while the packaging arrived heavily battered, fortunately, the item itself sustained no damage and is in perfect condition.
In conclusion, DJNow is a highly reliable store with a great team, a clear vision, and excellent customer service—though they really should consider switching delivery providers. Best regards, and thank you for your support.
