The price is good, but the shipping charges are absurd. The item could easily be stacked so that they get put in a much smaller box. Plus they weigh like nothing. Usually this item is of good quality but this time the bottoms of the trays were broken, or thin like a mylar balloon. I guess it could probably still work, but not for long. I can't tell if this is an error in manufacturing or if this is how they are now.

Horticulture Source is without a doubt the WORST DISTRIBUTOR I have ever had to work with. I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with Horticulture Source. The order processing was slow (took a week), there was no order tracking, and shipment was delayed by two days after the label was created. More critically, the order arrived incomplete: I was billed for 10 units but only 1 unit was shipped. Despite multiple attempts to contact support via phone, chat, and email, I have not received a response. This has disrupted my project schedule and eroded trust in their reliability. I hope they address these issues promptly and implement stronger order-tracking and fulfillment processes moving forward.

Good selection. Found what I needed, ordered, processed the order. Then a few days later they said their shipping estimate was off by over 133%. Told them, with their estimate being off by that much, my order didn't make sense. Told them just to cancel my order, and suggested they should use a better calculation on shipping so it's not off by over 2X. They only offered me a partial refund, I was stunned. attempted to contact them, but they only corresponded by email. My experience - complete SCAM site, STAY AWAY.

When I went to place my order it was for two small lights and was quoted $21 for shipping which was is pretty expensive for the size and weight and was by far the cheapest. I paid the order and my card payment was posted to my account. A couple of days later I was sent an email that was so inpersonal with some links and just saying these exact words: HorticultureSource.com Customer Service Wed, Apr 29, 2:38 PM (12 days ago) to me Our vendor says shipping is $13.51 more than the estimate which can be paid at: Card, Bank/ACH, Google/Apple/Amazon/Cash App Pay and Link Payments: https://buy.stripe.com/3csaHMbx10hogYo6oo PayPal, Venmo and Pay Later payments: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/PPVJJWVM6SQJ2 I had already paid the bill, paid $21 in shipping, it was already charged and then this kind of reply with no name and the links. I tried to reach out to them but, you can not reach an actual human to speak with, for every option you click it tells you, you have to file a "ticket" email and they will get back to you. I wanted to get a refund or cancel the order as the order was showing it still hand not even shipped. When I reached out to them by "ticket" stating my frustrations and asking for a refund/cancel I only received back another email stating: HorticultureSource.com Customer Service Mon, May 4, 6:48 PM (7 days ago) to me 👋 Hi! It's a shame because I had ordered from them one other time prior, shipping was still steep but, the item was of good quality so I this order was to order two more of those same items. A terrible way to do business and such a horrible way for the consumer.

I found the regulator and it was on sale. Not happy with quality, but not their fault. It is just not an upgrade for me…Next time I’ll pay a little more for a real uograde. Unfortunately by the time I tried it, the return option was gone? Partly because 3rd party sale?

I was sketched out at first because of all the bad reviews and weird customer service hotline that was clearly A.I. (which wanted you to pay to use). Also, the fact that I would click on random things on the website and it would redirect me to Amazon.com was weird. Shipping was crazy expensive too! BUT with that being said, I did receive all of my purchases in a timely manner. Under canopy lights were packaged well. No damages.

I was unable to confirm the compatibility of a reverse osmosis filter, even after emailing the company (I wanted to know if the Hydrologic Evolution RO replacement filters were compatible with all models, including the RO1000 that I have).

I received a broken item with pieces also missing. In order to have another shipped out immediately i had to print an email and sign it versus receiving a form that i could sign instead. I still have not received the replacement, but the return is sent. The turn around time is harming my small scale nursery.

I would have liked to see the cart before I paid. I jumped to Google Pay and realized I already had another lopper in the cart, which wasn't the size I wanted. So I had to cancel the payment, go back to the cart to remove the unwanted item, then go back to checkout. The product and pricing was worth a little inconvenience.
