I had contacted her several shop a couple years ago, wanting a particular Tucker saddle, and they were so helpful in getting me tools to measure the correct saddle answered all my questions about optional items with it. Everything I needed. I was the one that wasn’t ready, but I reconnected and this year got a wonderful heritage River plantation saddle for my TWH and absolutely love it! The process was easy contacting with additional questions continuing with my online chat was wonderful verification of things following through an email. Everything I needed to make my purchase on my first brand new saddle that I’ve owned and I’m happy that I connected with horse saddle shop. I will make sure to tell all my friends if they’re ever looking for used or new.

I placed an order for a Circle Y High Horse Eldorado saddle. I was contacted via email by Josh at the Horse Saddle Shop 2 days later stating that they were unable to fulfill my order for the El Dorado model, would I be interested in the Daisetta model. At first receipt of the Daisetta I didn't think it was the same size or fit as the El Dorado so I contacted Josh and told him I was going to return it. A friend let me try her El Dorado saddle and it just didn't seem the same. I checked with Josh to make sure the tree size and everything else on the Daisetta was the same as the El Dorado and he assured me they were the same just different design (the Daisetta is more like a girls saddle, pretty conchos and tooling) so I did really like the looks of the Daisetta vs the El Dorado! So we checked every measurement possible and came to the conclusion that the saddles were the same 😊 So I kept the saddle and was told by Circle Y that her saddle was probably just "broke in" and mine was brand new. I've been riding in it now many times, it's broke in for me and my horse and I LOVE this saddle!!! It's only 21 lbs, I can easily lift it on my horse vs the 28 lb flex 2 I had. I'm very happy with it!! 😊👍

Once I found "Horse Saddle Shop" website it was easy to browse the different types and features. Customer service was great, helping me with all my questions. Finding a saddle to fit an ottb has been challenging due to the high withers and shape of his back, but after submitting photos, using the printed out measurement guide and making templates for the horse, as well as chatting online the resulting recommendations (saddle and pad) fit great.

The original saddle I wanted was out of stock. Davis contacted me with a couple of other options. I decided to try one of them and it wasn’t the best fit for my horse so he helped me exchange it for something else. He was quick to respond and incredibly helpful! Will absolutely buy from them again.
