The online chat service was very helpful as I was able to send pictures of my saddle and get some feedback as to why it didn’t fit her. Ordered a new saddle that was recommended by staff. Hoping it fits her better. Good communication. Easy check out. Quite high shipping fees considering the price of the saddle, expected it to be a bit less!

Everything was excellent, except some saddles were announced as available at the webpage and then after payment an email was sent to me stating that those were not available and offered options for change. Anyway I think would be best as expected if only truly available saddles were announced.

I wanted to get the saddle fitting tool and was fine with the price of it. Once I put in my credit card info and submitted my order, I saw shipping was nearly 4 times the price of the tool I wanted. Completely shocked how expensive shipping it for an item that seems like it could fit in a large manilla envelope.

I had a great experience ordering my saddle. I would say the only issue I had was when I emailed asking about the height of the gullet. I was given a measurement that couldn’t be the height. When I asked for the width, it was the same as the height. They shouldn’t be the same.
