Finding a saddle to fit an ottb has been challenging due to the high withers and shape of his back, but after submitting photos, using the printed out measurement guide and making templates for the horse, as well as chatting online the resulting recommendations (saddle and pad) fit great.

The original saddle I wanted was out of stock. Davis contacted me with a couple of other options. I decided to try one of them and it wasn’t the best fit for my horse so he helped me exchange it for something else. He was quick to respond and incredibly helpful! Will absolutely buy from them again.

My only complaint when looking at saddles is that there are no specifics on gullet sizes so I had to email/ask in the website chat for that. However Josh helped me and I knew it was the saddle for my mustang mare so I went ahead and got it while I could! I am very excited for the new tack and hopefully this purchase will serve me for many years to come.
