Website is OK. The only thing that is very buggy is when you’re trying to register a product sometimes it takes me more than a half an hour to register one product because it keeps kicking me out halfway through registration. It makes me start over. But other than that today was pretty smooth as far as picking my products and paying for them I took advantage of the full throttle program. I love it.

The purchase was good; BUT i had a full throttle reward of $20.80 which i tried to use by the expiration date and the code was not accepted. The same day i attempted to reach customer service; not one was available so i sent a message. I sent a second message the following day, and now I get a response that says that because they are NICE they are reissuing the rewards; but also that since it is past the expiration date they should not and also that this is the 3rd time it is being issued. It was originally issued, used on an order that was cancelled because the item was on back order, so that is why it was reissued; and finally this third time because the reissued code DID NOT WORK when it was attempted to be used on THE LAST DAY IT WAS VALID.

I tried to purchase this item from my local hobby shop but Horizon won't sell it to them . In the past I have tried to get things from my local hobby shop but Horizon would not ship the order until months later. It seems like Horizon would rather sell out the front door and not supply the Hobby shops. Not good business in my book 😕

The products purchased were fine however one of the items was a hardware set for a carbon cub. Turned out it was not the correct set for that particular plane. Kept it anyway as I will eventually use it for other things in the future.

I bought a Spektrum smart battery and found out when it came in that I could not charge it with the charger I have. It turns out that it can only be charged with a smart charger. That information was not made clear on the website.
