I would like to use many of your products in personal plane builds but it is often hard to tell if the product will work or is proprietary with your ecosystem. I would also love to see more transparency on technical details of planes (airfoil type, dihedral, coef. of lift, etc.)

The wing was Delivered undamaged ,on time and as expected. The only concern I have is I didn't realize the replacement wing I ordered for my turbo timber evolution did not include the leading edge that is glued on that helps provide extra lift to help prevent the plane from stalling at low speed. Very happy other than that.

The checkout experience was awful. It took me 30 minutes to checkout and I almost went to another site. The only thing that kept me here was the first time buyer discount. The page kept refreshing, it said there was an issue with my card even though the details were correct and, worst of all, it kept changing the addresses. I wanted to send the item as a gift to someone but it would not accept having different shipping and billing addresses, no matter how many times I changed and saved. I got really frustrated and ended up shipping to myself, which will be really inconvenient for having to then get it to the recipient. If this were to happen again without a discount, I would be likely to shop somewhere else. A checkout experience should not take 30 min!! The merchandise seems good and the first time buyer discount is appreciated, but you really need to fix the address thing.

I wanted on the chat for a long time and was disconnected- did not work well. I emailed customer service about my issue and they took a couple days to get back to me (acceptable), but it seemed like they did not read my question. It was a simple question about what kind of connector to order and they responded wanting detailed info about the purchase of the heli.

So I picked up this Arrma Kraton Mini 3S. Amazing little RC! Durable, fun and fast. Anyway I was browsing around on Horizon hobbies and I came across the Black Proline Brute body kit for the Kraton mini! And it just gave it that bad ass attitude it has. At the price I couldn't pass it up. Shipped the next day and I had it within the week.

Everything was easy and clear to understand. I also registered some of my other products finally and used my phone and only had problems when trying to register my DX6e transmitter's serial number as the page would refresh before I could get the number typed in so I used my PC for that registration.
