I ordered an Aeroscout nose gear assembly for a non-Aeroscout project. The plastic wheel part is fine, but the foam "tire" is mounted slightly crooked, so that the effect is that the wheel "wobbles" when rotating. It is close enough for what I want to do with it, but I expected better from Horizon Hobby. This is the kind of stuff one gets from Amazon.

I have to laugh when you advertise great customer support when actually one can not pick up the phone and call and ask a question when it is convenient for the customer… Zero respect for the customers time if you ask me! You make it a complete hassle to actually get customer support! Unfortunately you make great products so one is forced to buy from you. Thank you for the discounts…that’s a plus for the customer but not support for your products.

I am very glad and motivated to continue shopping from horizon since they decided to drop the prices on some products like the receivers AR6610T and others. I used them very often and the price it's more accessible than what it was before. Thanks for doing that.

While the web site is okay it does not answer all of one’s questions. The fact that you do not offer customer support by phone is extremely frustrating! I find it completely offensive and makes me feel like you care less about the customer! I also think it is ridiculous that you offer top end products and the parts for that product are backordered 6 months. You should advise the customer that parts that you will break will not be available until next year so be very careful or else you will have to a very expensive paper weight. Explain to me how someone in a current war torn country can produce a part for your products and get it to me in weeks and it takes a company like yours months! Makes no sense… and the product is an upgrade to yours! Thankfully you make good products but I now look at product part availability before I buy. No miss Illinois for me…no props available and it has not even been out a month! Such a shame please, please try and improve that, don’t have that problem with your competition and they make good products too.

Tracking info seemed delayed for a few days, even after receiving an email stating item had shipped. Very annoying as it seems to happen with every purchase, a slight delay. Other than that I was pleased to recieved my order undamaged and well packed.

I think if things were just a little cheaper a lot more would sell. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the rewards a lot but it still makes batteries more then a top competitor I prefer to use as a result, SMC and I understand they’re good and smart but if more volume went as a result of being competitive then there would really be no worries there, right? Today I bought my first rc car the kraton mini and instead of the green with two batteries I got the red with none cause my SMC of the same mah and a higher C rating are $15 each for 1800 and $22 for 2200. I love shopping here though and I’ve bought more then I ever thought because of your promotions and rewards. Otherwise I love this company and you could use to keep more in stock as well.

I find myself always looking for parts on amazon before buying from horrizon to avoid shipping fees. I would buy more for horrizon if the shipping was free. I avoid it because every order costs me $6 to ship.

Over all easy to use site. Little inconvenience with a couple "shoppable exploded view" not working to take you to the part you need. But I just put in the part number into the search bar.

The website had to promo code that I did not add. Then it said one of them was bad to remove it. So I did I e went back to checkout and it'said the same thing about the other promo code that was still green? So I got rid of all promo codes and it finally let me checkout. Very annoying!

Site bugs out and logs me out sometimes if I open too many tabs while shopping. Cart empties and I have to start over. Hard to use deals when so much is out of stock regularly

I keep getting cards in my purchases that say register your items and get free swag. I've registered over 17 boats and cars in the last 4 months and spent 20k easily and never have I recieved anything free. Where is my free swag. Come on guys You can do better then that.

1.Good that HH now ships direct to Canada for $20 shipping. 2. Bad that HH no longer supports Warranty claims for product I buy from my local HH hobby dealer as the Cdn retailer- distributor model is not working very well. Will HH support my warranty claims for product I purchase directly from HH as per this recent Airbus? 3. This model A320neo Airbus was advertised with reverse thrust which is a key feature for me but it is admittedly ‘non-functional’ per HH tech support. This feature is important to me as I fly at a licensed field but with a short landing strip in certain wind conditions 4. Aside from some tricky build issues I had questions about plus the reverse Thrust feature , it was Very difficult contacting HH for tech support. a, I emailed the support address but did not get an automated response confirming they received my question so after 3 days of not hearing anything I still didn’t know if they received my questions. b. The HH support contact web page failed to send for several o that I tried it before it finally worked. c. The HH chat support agent did nothing for me even though I tried different beats of asking my questions. I still have questions but don’t know how to find them out. I am interested non your current on-line Air Battery 20% Discount promotion. -Do you ship batteries to Canada? -Am I registered as a loyalty customer to qualify for the promo? I had a HH customer number from a dozen years ago when I first started using HH but was told that an account was closed. It was C1338205, So what is my current customer status and reference number.?
