Use less JavaScript. Website bounces around a lot trying to fetch and load data. Sometimes the webpage reloads due to JS issues. The reload happened at checkout so that was bad. Autofill of credit card misses the exp month and year. It’s VERY weird that when I click on Search it takes me to a big text field at the top of the page. Very weird. Overall the website is well organized and it’s easy to navigate and find what I’m looking for.

We love what we ordered, the only issue we had was during shipping. Which, to be fair, I don’t believe had anything to do with Horizon Hobby and was strictly a FedEx problem. We ordered two things, both left Horizon Hobby at the same time and had the same tracking information up until it arrived in Cadillac. Both items said they’d arrive in the same day but it looked like one of them got forgotten and showed up the next day. Later in the evening than we would have liked since it was the paint we needed to paint the item that arrived first. All that to say that when the paint finally DID arrive, the box was an absolute disaster case. It looked like it it had gone through a a rock tumbler

The whole experience was definitely a good one as with any purchase I make with Horizon. The only drawback is the quality of the finish on the 60 cc Mustang the film covering in particular I rate 7 or so out of 10.

Copy Amazon’s flawless website layout as your’s is a pain in the ass! My order required repeated entries if I decided to add or delete items and for some reason it didn’t like my correct and complete entry for my credit card until the 3rd try. Customer service sucks ( read your Reddit and Pissed Customer reviews). Many out of stock items don’t show up as out of stock until you select what you are considering to purchase.Cannot reach customer support by phone ( unlike Amazon) and chat on hold for 30 minutes. The next time I go through this grief, you will have raised your 25% discount to 50%. Guessing comments are reviewed by AI and likely no changes in the above issues will result.

There is nothing on your site explaining how to use the full throttle rewards. I have checked out several times in the past not realizing I had to go elsewhere on your site to dig up a code, and apply that at checkout. Why not just make it something you can select via a pulldown or pick list?

I had difficulty using the part number in the airplane owners manual. Couldn’t find it in your offering. Finally typed in the Alpha numeric description of what I was seeking, and then was able to place my order. Also, it takes too long for your customer service reps to respond. Took almost one week. Well, one thing horizon HOBBIE is lacking is a Customer Service phone number for everybody not just reward customers. It’s ridiculous that you can’t talk to a live person. Nowadays A Main Hobbies has incredible Customer Service, and they answer the phone every single time
