Horizon has a great selection at good prices, one of my batteries did not work but being out of country it was too much hassle to return one single battery. All in all a good purchase except for the battery. Items were correct, packaged well and arrived a day early. A few items are on backorder as well.

Overall, a very pleasant experience, as usual. I have had frustrations with the on-line chat process. it seems the first 2 layers are with an automated system so if the questions do not align with the program's answers in que, no ground is gained. plus when I was passed along to the next "person", I had to start over with all the basic info, as if no one was reading the info already posted.

I find it very difficult to order from your website because it will not take my account of my wife's account, so each time now I have to sign on as a guest purchaser. I had forgotten my password, tried to reset it, but kept getting an error message about and I used both upper and lower case letter, a number, and a special character. Still wouldn't take it. Wasted a lot of time re-doing the new PW submission and could not get it to work for me. I hated this part of ordering . . . and it happens each and every time!

Just waiting for the brokerage bill to arrive. Canadian customers need up front brokerage included shipping options. Also I have TLR race vehicles and several key items I still need are on back order. Rear did pinion and Xt universal drive shafts. If I cannot get replacements soon my racing season with these cars will be over. I do appreciate the discount code provided by the local team driver but it would have been even better if I and him could order the parts we actually need

Typing in the part number and the part actually showing and not a bunch of extra crap is great. The site does look like it was made in 2008 and has not been updated since. And no being bombarded by ads while looking makes browsing more relaxing.

The parts are good but this is the most frustrating model aircraft I have owned. The multiple function plug and socket is a brilliant idea. However, over the last three months I have had essentially three Tundra 10th anniversary models. The original, which had zero control of the wing functions. The second which worked OK for awhile, and after a crash and melted servo, was moved to the trash bin. Now with the third consisting of purchased replacement fuselage and wings, the flaps work fine and the left aileron also works, the right on the other hand is a dead duck. From my investigations, the right socket is at fault and must be shorted out. And from the data I have collected so far this was also the cause of the mess with the first model. In conclusion, the plug and socket system is a great idea. It simplifies the connection of the wing very well. But there must be some difficulty in making all the connections within the plug accurately all the time, or the QC of the finished product is very sloppy and inept. There must be more development work and production supervision changes made in this area. Other than the plugs and their difficulties, the plane is a great flyer, and fun to run through the sky. Please see if you can improve those plugs.
