It was better when you could call and ask questions. I would have ordered much more but could not get questions answered over the limited and frustrating AI chat. Customer service at Horizon has been replace with excuses why customers can no longer expect service

web site is well laid out and it's easy to find the product's I need. However, the constant "out of stock" is really annoying. I understand the root cause and I'm really patient. I believe Horizon Hobby is doing what it can to get inventory back to normal. Just saying it's annoying.

It arrived after on wensday evening, erlyer than expected and I opened it write away the box was very inviting and I could not let it set without opening it the contents inside were neatly packaged and very organized by number no dings or scratches, assembly has been easy and fun the most fun I have had assisting a rc and no need to wonder for parts as it had all I needed inside the box.
