I've been in the hobby now just over a year and I'm hooked! I've amassed over 30 vehicles from 1/24 all the way thru 1/8 scale. Crawlers, trail trucks and short course along now with new truck. The Website is fine. I wish Horizon Hoby had real live customer service I could talk to one on one real time. Emails are not good for customer interface. C'mon and get back to some real live customer support.

It was glitchy. I’m using opera GX from iPhone as my browser. When I click on photos the zoom feature makes it get stuck. The products don’t really say what there for. I could easily buy the wrong thing. Like for example I could buy a 1/24 scale motor esc combo when I’m really looking for an 1/10 scale version

Bought that truck, motor quit after running it 2 or 3 times. Then had to wait 6 months to get a new motor. Finally got it, and the new motor burned up, it would get hot, and smoke. Whoever designed that truck, did a bad job. And I had a refund, and was told I could wait and use it on the new motor , well after 6 months, you guys then said, you had no idea about the money I was owed. So now I have a truck, that is junk. Im not buying another motor. It's been a learning experience.

It took me 2 days to get web site to reset PASS word very frustrating Other than that I enjoy your products very much . I usually purchase from local Hobby store but they have cut way back on stocking Aircraft . if they are just going to order it for me . I might as well do it my self .

Had problems getting it to accept my credit card but it finally did. You lost sales two previous times because it would not accept myu (valid) credit card. Other than that, no problems.

I ordered my batteries almost 2 weeks ago. With an expectation of receiving them in the next 3-5 days. I just recieved them today. It would have been nice to have been told the items were not available at the time of ordering. I didn't find this out for about 1 week. Another week later there were on back order. Online chat was ridiculous. No true answers. Suggested I reorder from original company.

The login as well as the reset your password functions totally suck ass because you don’t have any way to see the passwords, especially on the reset to make sure they match. It’s kind of annoying and a pain in the ass. It’s not that difficult to add a function so that you can see the password that you’re trying to set up so they both match.

I would like to use many of your products in personal plane builds but it is often hard to tell if the product will work or is proprietary with your ecosystem. I would also love to see more transparency on technical details of planes (airfoil type, dihedral, coef. of lift, etc.)
