All is good except that using Firefox Browser PayPal still doesn't work correctly! I always have to switch to MS Edge to complete my PayPal purchase. Why in the world can't your IT department get this fixed? It's only been 5 years that I've reported this problem!

2nd p-51 ive bought. Got my last one about 2 weeks ago let my brother fly for his first time and he did great 3 take offs flights and landings. Let a co worker also fly my x-cub he flew it alright his first time ever. Not as good as my brother but I decided to let him fly the mustang aswell he panicked and nose dived full throttle into the ground.. had to buy another one

I was given an E-flite Pitts S-1S R/C plane for my birthday last year but it was a bind and fly and did not come with a transmitter and batteries. I also needed a battery charger. Horizon Hobby online support helped me to get the correct items and it turns out most were on sale! The prices of Horizon Hobby beat those of the other places (even with shipping) that I checked so I bought them online. I received the items on the dates they specified which was in a short time span. They were nicely boxed with no damage. Because of all this, I am extremely satisfied and will buy again with Horizon Hobby in the future. Thank you Horizon Hobby for making my buying experience with you so great!

I ordered Father's Day gift certificates that were not delivered to my email as promised. I tried to connect with customer service numerous times with zero success. Once I was able to maintain a chat with a live representative, my purchase went fine and the products were received for Father's Day! The lack of being able to talk with someone on the phone or immediate chat is a huge detriment to Horizon's business.

At checkout when asked to input credit card info the field for the security code is limited to 3 digits. American Express cards have a 4 digit security code. this makes it impossible to use my card unless I go through paypal. I would rather just input my card directly. Please update the system to allow a 4th digit in the security code field.
