I believe I had a great experience. I’m really excited about getting my new product. I had a problem with the battery. But your team worked it out and they told me 7 to 10 working days and it came in three which makes me so so happy.

The choices were easy to navigate through. There is quite a lot of options for my model. More than the competitors. They usually have the best price and parts are in stock. Which is half the battle.

Web site was super easy to navigate. I needed a cable for my Spektrum DSX to link to my PC for my simulator. It was in stock and easy to fined. Can not wait for it to arrive. It's mainly so my Son can learn to fly with out worrying about crashing his plane.

Trying to find Losi 1/12 nascar products was rather confusing. When I would put that into the search bar many losing products would come up not just what I was looking for. It is hard to know what items will actually fit your chassis.

My only issue is that without the part number your search engine draws blanks, so I often have to go to amazon - and using the same wording e.g. " Apprentice 1.5m STS prop adapter" I can find the part, for more, but free shipping. Then to buy from you (total cost more, plus shipping) I can plug in the part number "EFL2735" and there it is. It truly makes supporting HH harder, and more expensive. As a new flyer I firmly believe "small" box stores need support just like brick and mortar's, but ya'll make it hard.
